Duchess Meghan (42) and Prince Harry (39) visited Nigeria at the weekend, where they were received like true royalty, even though it was not an official visit. Naturally, the visit also attracted a lot of attention, and on Saturday there was a DNA test that made headlines.

The Duchess recently discovered that her nationality is 43% Nigerian, as a result of a DNA test. Reported, among other things the sun.

However, it's one of Meghan's outfits that's stealing the attention right now. The Duke and Duchess arrived in Nigeria on Friday, beginning their trip with a visit to a school. For the occasion, the Duchess wore a long peach dress from Heidi Merrick, which has now caused many people to react.

However, it's not the actual appearance of the dress that makes royal fans widen their eyes, but rather the name of the dress itself – 'Windsor'. Windsor is the title of the British royal family, including Prince Harry, son Prince Archie (5) and daughter Princess Lilibet (2).

The dress is from Merrick's 2018 collection, and according to Page six Therefore, there is reason to believe that Meghan went to buy the dress immediately before – or after – her wedding to Prince Harry in May 2018. Harper's Bazaar The dress costs about $572, which is just over 6,000 kroner.

However, fans are not letting the name of the dress pass, as Meghan and Harry have stepped back from royal duties in 2020. While some see the choice of dress as a nod to the British royal family, others see it as an insult.

However, Caroline Fagel, Se og Hør's royal home expert, believes Meghan's dress is just a funny coincidence.

-I refuse to believe that Duchess Meghan is so cunning that she did this on purpose. What would the point really be? Both Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have clearly expressed in words what they think about the family in Great Britain, so she doesn't need to say anything disguised in a dress, right? She's thinking.
