Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane has made an unprecedented comeback on Instagram – almost two years after he made his last post.
In a new photo, Kane appears in what appears to be Norway, alongside Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
In addition to the photo, Ken shares the following message to his 2 million followers:
– If anyone is looking to appoint a new manager, drop us a message, writes the 52-year-old, who appears to be sending a very small offer to several top clubs of both himself and Solskjaer.
Both Kane and Solskjaer have been without a coaching job for some time. The former was last Ipswich manager in 2011, before becoming assistant to the Irish national team (2018) and Nottingham Forest (2019).
For his part, Solskjaer remained vacant in the market after leaving Manchester United in 2021. Since then, the 51-year-old has turned down a number of jobs.

It is doubtful to visit
Earlier this week, Kane stated that he had recently visited Norway and visited Solskjaer following the Norwegian's sacking from Manchester United.
-I visited you last year, didn't I? I drove eight hours for the initial meeting. We went for a walk together, because I knew he was a bit down, so I wanted to cheer him up. “Yes, I drove it and it was very nice,” Keane said on Stick to Football.
Solskjaer, who was a guest on the same podcast, expressed his great appreciation for Kane's visit.
– It's not just about getting to Kristiansund, so honestly I didn't think it would come. “No chance,” I thought.
Admire Norway
Solskjaer continued:
– He flew to Oslo. I asked him if he wanted to help on the next trip, but he didn't want to. “Oh my God, this isn’t going to work,” I thought.
Ken described the trip through Norway's beautiful nature from Oslo to Kristiansund as wonderful.
Kane and Solskjaer played nine seasons together at Old Trafford.
During that period, the duo won, among other things, six Premier League titles, the Champions League and the FA Cup together.
