One day in 2010, a 30-year-old man came to Norway with his wife and children. have applied for asylum. This is where the USCIS claims the identity fraud process began.

The next day, the older brother arrived. He had two minors with him who were not his children. These were registered as unaccompanied minor asylum seekers. All of them stated that they were citizens of war-torn Afghanistan.

This allowed them to stay in Norway. After that, new family members kept appearing.

UDI: Use the kids as a starting point
