Aerosmith star Steven Tyler (75) is reportedly in trouble again for his behavior in the 70s. Jane Bellino now accuses the 75-year-old of assaulting her when she was just 17 years old.
He shouted in court: – Shame on you
In court documents, which he obtained Rolling StoneBellino claims Tyler molested her in a New York phone booth nearly 50 years ago. The woman was working as a model in a major American city, and a friend of hers had arranged for them to go to a concert with Aerosmith.
When they met up with Tyler and the rest of the band, Bellino allegedly made a comment about one of their songs, prompting Tyler to pull all the plugs.
According to the documents, the woman claims that the rock star grabbed her and pushed her into a phone booth, where he stuck his tongue down her throat while harassing her. Bellino also claims he pushed her but his pants remained intact.
The woman came out of the phone booth, but explained that the same thing happened again later in the evening.
Fined after “feline attack”
Although nearly 50 years have passed since the alleged assault, Bellino says she still struggles to deal with the stress. She describes the incident as shocking, and is said to have been hospitalized and had to seek treatment as a result of what happened. Bellino claims she still needs to take medication to this day.
She is now suing Tyler and demanding damages.
Steven Tyler has not commented on the lawsuit at this time.
On the eve of last year, Julia Holcomb sued the 75-year-old for sexual assault. She claimed the assault happened when they were in a relationship in the 1970s. The relationship must have started when she was 16 and he was 25.
