Lotta Udnes Weng, Hedda Bakkemo and Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs disappeared into the lead. Bakemo recently became the Norwegian sprint champion.

In the men's category, Johannes Hosflot Klaebo was the best, while Emil Iversen took first place in the lead back to the World Cup. So did Italian Federico Pellegrino.
