Jaskirt Singh Pal received a phone call from the Norwegian Football Association and ended up serving kebabs to the entire national team.
The short version
- Jaskirt Singh Pal served kebab to the entire national football team after their 3-0 win over Kosovo.
- The ball from Tåsen Cafébar in Oslo was absolutely amazing.
- The place became popular when Haaland and other football stars visited them last year.
– I'm a hundred, man. I fed fifty people from the Norwegian Football Association. It's very raw, Bal tells VG.
He's the general manager and owner of Tåsen Cafébar in Oslo – a place that was already put on the map when Erling Braut Haaland, Martin Odegaard, Sander Berge and Stefan Strandberg visited them last year.
There are clearly more kebab-hungry people in Olival. Because after the 3-0 win over Kosovo, Bale and his teammates traveled to the players' hotel to serve the players and support staff.
-The boys were happy. You can imagine after the victory. The king himself (i.e. Haaland) with three goals and we stand there with kebabs for all the players, says Singh Pal.
But the kebab restaurant says the Football Association told them there were only three pictures they were allowed to share after Wednesday's big night.
Singh Pal tells of the tremendous effect of the Masters' visit last year, as it sold out steadily and consistently.
Okey, no I tested the kebab.
This year, Tåsen Cafébar received its own uniform from the players, signed by everyone.
Barcelona player Caroline Graham-Hansen is a huge kebab fan from Tassen Centre, north of Oslo.
