In a press release, TikTok summarized what Norwegians have been involved with on the platform over the past year.
Meanwhile, the company revealed for the first time that up to 1.6 million Norwegians actively use TikTok every month.

The most famous TikTokers in Norway
Among the most famous Norwegian creatives we find everything from 61-year-old Peter Stordalen to influencers like Julie Lorentzen.
We find on the list the elegant Yasmine Hero, who created this trend earlier in 2023 to show off her fashion.
The video has been recreated by international stars such as Sofia Richie.

In the list of trending clips on TikTok in the past year, we find everything from Norway’s Haaland in training for the national team, to Kurt (57) from Harried El and Bonader and Lea Isadora Behn’s preparations for the new semester.

In the category of new shooting stars of 2023, we find, among others, @yasminheroo, who started global trends recreated by some of the world’s biggest stars, and @Mankegard, who created long queues outside a bakery in Porsgrunn after the video.
