Entrepreneurial firm Glent Solar, with Evin Kveland, Harald Olderheim and John Modine at the helm, has already included Scatec Solar and the World Bank on its client list. More than NOK 10,000 billion will be invested in solar energy over the next 10 years, and Kveland explains that they will take on the same role in solar energy as seismic companies in oil and gas.
– I was going to invest in green finance on Wall Street, then something went wrong with the papers and I ended up in Oslo with nothing. The wife stayed in New York with the apartment, says Evin Cleveland.
This is a liquid sun
But head wise was weighed and found heavy enough to be included in Antler’s entrepreneurship program. There is a collaboration with Harald Olderheim and John Modin, and Glint Solar has seen the light of day.
Glint Solar’s business idea is the floating sun. They do not sell solar panels nor do they sell floating items. But they sell information on where to place these floating solar panels.

The company has been compared to the successful Norwegian Spacemaker, which was sold for NOK 2.2 billion to Autodesk last year. Glint Solar is making something that hasn’t been there before, it’s great technology, artificial intelligence and a growing industry.
